Some of you that access this site from an Apple or Mac might be experiencing video issues.  The Drills and video links are through Hudl in most cases, which utilizes Silverlight.  Use Safari as your web browser and that should clear up your problems.  Google Chrome will give you an "Oh, Snap" error due to a problem with updating Silverlight.  Let me know if you have any other problems with links, etc.
